Lord’s Day Worship
In our main services on Sunday mornings we seek to worship God as a church body gathered together in accord with the Scriptures. We worship God through the singing of psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, prayer, partaking of the Lord’s Supper, the reading of God’s word together, and the preaching of that word and the gospel. Our goal is to exalt our Creator and Redeemer as we come together on the Lord’s Day.
The Bible teaches that every Christian evangelizes. Learn to preach the gospel and join us in the Lord’s work to “seek and to save that which is lost” (Luke 19:10). To encourage one another in this good work and to practice it for the glory of God and the good of our fellow man, groups from Christ the King meet together to go out and preach the Lord’s gospel in various places in our valley.
Corporate evangelism at our church takes place from 9:00am to 12:00pm on Saturday Mornings as we meet together at the church building and are sent out in small groups to different locations to preach the gospel.
